Day 1: Hanoi arrival (D)
Pick up at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel for check in. Then, visit the old quarter streets and Hoan Kiem Lake by cyclo to discover the local people life, and visit Ngoc Son Temple. In the evening you can enjoy a performance of the traditional Water Puppet show. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 2: Hanoi (B)
Driving to visit West Lake, visit Tran Quoc pagoda. Continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam - Vietnam's first University constructed in 1070. Its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past.. Proceed to visit Museum of Ethnology - the most interesting museum in Hanoi with many different things relating the 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups. Evening: Water puppets show, the unique Vietnam traditional art. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 3: Hanoi - Thac Ba (B,L,D)
Depart to Thac Ba. Situated 180km from Hanoi, Thac Ba Lake is one of three Vietnam's largest artificial lakes and famoust for the first hydro power plant. Thac Ba Lake is known as an actractive eco-tourism site. The water in the lake is blue and clear, and imprinted with the reflections of the surrounding ancient forest. stroll around the village to observe daily life activities of the locals. Dinner and spend the night with a local Dzao Quan Trang family in a traditional house built on stilts.

Day 4: Thac Ba - Hoang Su Phi (B,L)
After breakfast, depart to Hoang Su Phi ( Ha Giang ). Arrive in Hoang Su Phi. You may want to have a short walk around to explore the village. Overnight in hotel.
Note: 1,5 - 2 hours trekking.
Day 5: Trekking (B, L, D)
Start trekking from Panhou village, visit some local houses. Passage for Red Dzao tribe. Diner and overnight in a local Red Dzao in Nam Hong.
Note: 5 - 6 hours trekking.
Day 6: Trekking (B, L, D)
Trekking of the Red Dzaos and Dzao Ao Dai. Magnifique paysage. Diner and overnight in a local Dao Ao Dai in Nam Ai.
Note: 5 - 6 hours trekking.
Day 7: Trekking (B, L, D)
Continuation trekking in forests and rice terraces, Diner and overnight in a local Nung in Ho San.
Note: 5- 6 hours trekking.
Day 8: Trekking (B, L, D)
Continuation trekking in forests and rice terraces, Diner and overnight in a local Red Dzaos in Phin Ho.
Note: 6 - 7 hours trekking.
Day 9: Hoang Su Phi - Hanoi (B)
After breakfast, continuation trekking to Panhou Resort and then come back to Hanoi with stops to visit the villages, local markets ... Arrive in Hanoi in late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.
Note: 2 - 3 hours trekking.
Day 10: Hanoi - Halong (B, L, D)
After breakfast we drive to Halong Bay. We embark our traditional wooden junk to discover this spectacular site. Halong Bay is a natural wonder, with numerous islands and lime-stones rising from the emerald water. We visit the Thien Cung and Dau Go caves and climb the Ti Top mount to enjoy a panoramic view. Fresh seafood lunches and dinners are prepared by our cooks and served on board. Overnight on the junk.
Day 11: Halong - Hanoi (B,L)
After sunrise we cruise to the floating fishermen's village of Lan Ha bay, where we visit a floating school. Around noon we sail back to the port, where we disembark and drive back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 12: Hanoi - Departure (B)
Transfer to airport for departure.
